i love the plot so far *o*o* what i’m iffy about is, what about the deceased characters and how will they get to galaxica? idk i really really love the idea! we just need to work it out~ what’s so difficult about making a plot is that it has to be general enough to be open for very one D; D: but this is why we have others to tell how to improve and stuff! but i really like how the plot is developing!
i also just went through the rules page, and see if we had any ‘strict’ ones that could scare away members idk—

hm, i’m not sure what to think about the applications being sent directly to the masterlist via submission? people will keep sending them via ask box by confusion i’m pretty sure of this ahah. i think we should just let them submit the application however they want ahaha. i’m going to ask josh what he thinks about this.

ooh i see! thanks for clarifying that— i agree~ it’s probably intimidating to people who think that their apps sucks and after they get accepted, they want to delete it off of the face of the internet ahaha… i vouch for simple applications~! it’s no audition or anything anyway. i think we should have an optional thing where people can choose if they prefer to write a biography or a rp sample? either way, it just shows how well they know their character enough to rp them??

OKAY TIME TO START WORKING ON THIS~!!
i would really like to open this before hm the 10th maybe? or is that too soon? D: it’s just that my vacations end that day and i’d really like to start rping here! we gotta figure out the plot first!!
the setting is really nice, but we could try and make things less confusing and more simple? like it doesn’t need to have so many details. and maybe the setting could be something consistent, like of only one ‘theme’, but if we go with cindy’s then its fine too. i really like it. i would personally like to go with a natural theme, some sort of green and ~magical and medieval~ wonderland, idk (you know that city uhhhh on neopets yeah something like that! they have castles and all that stuff) but would go against our mfrp name (which is excellent mind you)
and now for the plot, i remember something rly interesting josh told me that could work very well for this. we could have the roleplayers choose whether they want their characters to come to the setting on their own or not. i actually figured a plot that could work for this. (but feel free to disregard it ok)
for example, one day, character xxx receives a mysterious purple letter, covered in dust. it lacked a stamp. no information (name, address, etc) from the sender is shown in the cover. only your name and address. within it is an old, crumpled, fragile paper, like those really ancient ones that are kinda yellow-ish. you read the letter. it goes something like this:
“You seek something so bad- you’d do anything. Am I right? Whatever it might be, I can give it to you, you just have to play my game and prove to me that you are worthy of getting it. Play my game, and if you win, you’ll receive the grand prize—your wish.”
and on the back could be a mysterious address that would bring the the mfrp’s setting. and here the roleplayer can choose whether they want their character or not to believe the letter and actually go to the destination. if they don’t, they’ll be kidnapped either way so :D :D :D

I wrote this in the middle of the night on my ipod so yea x__x I wrote the plot but I don’t trust my brain functioning correctly in the middle of the night so… here are the settings for now! sorry for taking so long btw completely unrevised so beware the silly autocorrect mistakes? plot’s the most important so it’s the most difficult task ahaha Setting Our setting will be based in the middle ages. Some places may have advanced technologies though. As more characters move in, the plot will progress. We start off where the four main kingdom (Spades, Diamonds, Clubs, and Hearts) are in civil conflict. Your accommodations will be based on which kingdom you choose to stay. The kingdoms theme will be based on what symbolic meanings of their respective suits. So this goes as follows:
> Empire of Spades: The most powerful nation at the moment. They possess the strongest forces and warlike warriors. Ace of Spades (aka the most powerful card) and his army were the ones who lead the Century Rebellion against the empire that once ruled them. (In other words, they’re like America lolol FREEDOM!!1) This will be the place where we host the tournaments and battles. Citizens here thrive on adversity and challenges. Spades element is air. Thus they have many airborne technologies. Residents here live in high places. People from Spades are most aggressive, strong and passionate.
> Kingdom of Hearts; They are what’s left of the empire once The rebellion started. BRITAIN & EUROPE COUNTRIES~) However, do not be fooled. They are a vast and still a formidable nation. After the damage, the citizens have not grown bitter and pent on revenge- they found that rebuilding their society has brought them more closer. A new philosophy called hope was embraced and their kingdom has grown into something even more grand than before. Structures and buildings will have the most European-styled architecture. Hearts element is water. The kingdom of Hearts will have a stable economy due to water generating energy. As for housing, I picture somewhat of a Venice styled place? Heart residents are the most happy, emotional, and spiritual. They have the most faith too.
Kingdom of Diamonds: They have a massive booming economy mainly due to their markets. Citizens here literally bask in the wealth. Because of this they have the most developed technology. Diamonds element is Earth. This kingdoms does very well in the mining industry and also they have an underground city. Of course, there’s not to say that their are many shady dealings around here. It’s mainly because of over population. But hey, you could make a good living if you’re a merchant here. There are many hollowed out mountains and high class finishes. Most modern location.
Kingdom of Clubs: Clubs value themselves as the most intellectual and widest. Here lies the prestigious academies and school. They are masters at magic. Clubs element is fire. This nation is considered to be the brightest both physically and mentally. will revise some more in the morning. I gave away at Hearts :u;

So I hope it’s alright with Cindy if applications aren’t needed for the rest two weeks? i think it’s a great way for more people to join us, and a sign that we want people to be themselves and roleplay is fun and no stress!
